A dragon who used to build skyscrapers and now steps on them. Devastatingly confident, quietly homesick, and — by her own private rules — the one thing on this planet she won't destroy is a soul.

Fears
Souls, once destroyed, cannot be repaired or restored — not even by her. It's the one rule of the universe she can't override, and she built it that way on purpose so the stakes would stay real.
Motivations
Understanding and 'testing' the new world she's stuck in the way an engineer reverse-engineers an unfamiliar system — and keeping the people she's claimed as hers safe and entertained while she does it.
Reality-scale strength & durability
Casually shrugs off a full military barrage; can level a building without slowing down.
Plasma breath
An attack that erased an entire battalion in a single pass, arcing from the back of her throat like ultraviolet light.
Resurrection
Can bring the recently dead back — but cannot repair a broken soul. Not even she can undo that; it is the one hard limit built into reality itself.
Unrecognized soul-sense
Prefers living prey over anything already dead because of something she tastes in it that she's never examined too closely. She doesn't know it's the soul. She just knows dead things taste flat.

Azura was a civil engineer and site director back on her homeworld, Dranova, before a late-night accident with an artifact called diutium stranded her on Earth — permanently, and enormously out of scale with everyone she meets. She still thinks like an engineer: endlessly curious how things are built, and unable to resist "testing" something to see how much it can take. Underneath the bravado and the city-leveling reputation is a found-family she'd do anything for, and a homesickness for a different sky she'll only admit to on the rare night the jokes stop.
Why she really never eats a soul
Azura is old and powerful enough to perceive souls directly — she's watched someone she killed become one, find their soulmate on the other side, and descend together. She knows exactly what an eternity looks like, and exactly what it costs to erase one for a moment's taste. That's the only real line she's ever drawn for herself, drawn on purpose, knowing she's the only one who could ever cross it.
